Easy place to have your medical needs taken care of.
I went for my blood work today & was extremely disappointed. The person who took my bloodwork wanted to get extra blood work inspite of the order that was put in by my Doctor. She was unfriendly & impolite. Didn't even have the courtesy to say my name correctly.
I went here to get tested to see if I had immunity to measles. When the person asked what I was in for and I told them they responded with "Its funny how people see things on the news and they all run to the doctor." It came across as very anti-vaxxer which was extremely unprofessional, I did not need her opinion just to take my blood. I tried to contact the Customer Experience line to file a report and it appears to be a fax line. So I hurt my shoulder after working out. Tried to let it heal on its own, but not improving. So naturally, I try to make a doctors appointment, and they’re completely booked. I basically have to wait a month before I can be seen by anyone. Defeats the purpose of having a doctor, if you can’t be seen in reasonable amount of time. Been going to Edwards for over 20 years, but if I can’t be taken care of I’ll go somewhere else.
Poorly managed and outdated facility. Not neat. Repairs are cheaply made for the money they make on us. Half of the staff barely speaks English and not friendly, because smile and kindness is not a part of their culture. Shame as for the good area such as Naperville. Go somewhere else.
