I went for my blood work today & was extremely disappointed. The person who took my bloodwork wanted to get extra blood work inspite of the order that was put in by my Doctor. She was unfriendly & impolite. Didn't even have the courtesy to say my name correctly.
I went here to get tested to see if I had immunity to measles. When the person asked what I was in for and I told them they responded with "Its funny how people see things on the news and they all run to the doctor." It came across as very anti-vaxxer which was extremely unprofessional, I did not need her opinion just to take my blood. I tried to contact the Customer Experience line to file a report and it appears to be a fax line. So I hurt my shoulder after working out. Tried to let it heal on its own, but not improving. So naturally, I try to make a doctors appointment, and they’re completely booked. I basically have to wait a month before I can be seen by anyone. Defeats the purpose of having a doctor, if you can’t be seen in reasonable amount of time. Been going to Edwards for over 20 years, but if I can’t be taken care of I’ll go somewhere else.
