one of the best in Long Island. Dr. Condon is very knowledgeable in this field and he truly cares for the individual patients. Every time I meet with the doctor, I come out very satisfied and feel taken care of for my best well being. I've also seen many different NPs working in this office and all of them are just as good, polite, and caring. Everyone listens to my concerns even if it's minor and addresses them with passion. Always had positive experiences with the receptionists too.
Extreme administrative negligence—avoid if you value your time and credit I’ve been a patient here for years, but I’ve finally reached my breaking point. This office is a piece of work. They will reschedule your sonograms and visits constantly. Worse, when they ruined my bloodwork, they made me come back and charged me for another bloodwork to fix their error. Pretty easy to schedule appointments. My only thing I would say is maybe when following up for confirmations is to call two weeks in advance with a reminder of what is needed because I ran into an issue with forgetting I needed to get bloodwork because it was such a large gap in between when I made the appointments. I understand obviously it’s a specialist so you have to wait a while for appointments. I had such a great experience at this endocrinology office. They were able to get me in the very same day, which meant so much and immediately eased my stress. From the minute I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. The doctor was extremely thorough, really listened to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never once felt rushed.
