Glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks this place is trash.
If you value your health and mental wellbeing, do not use this office. In my several years of visiting this office I've only ever seen Dr. Condon once. Any requests to actually speak to the person whose name is on the building are at best forgotten and at worst ignored. The nurse practitioners are serviceable at appointments but seem incapable of authorizing and filling time-sensitive prescriptions in a timely manner. I hardly write any reviews but I feel compelled to write one . I recently moved to this practice as I relocated from Queens. This office came highly reccomended . My experience in the office has been great- the docs are nice and attentive, the staff is polite. However when you leave the office and you need to get someone on the phone - forget it- it’s been the worst 2 weeks of my life . I saw a doc 6/15 - doc forgot to send an RX to pharmacy - NP - I called to speak to someone to get it resolved . Left several voice mails - ... read more
Been going to Condon for 2-3 years, notice I say Condon without the doctor as I don't believe he practices the level of care a true doctor does, and have had the worst time of my life. I've seen him 3 times in all the time I have went to his office, otherwise always a new nurse practitioner or doctor that works under him seeing me for the appointment.
