Worst office practices. Do not recommend. This is a money grab practice.
Response: thank you so much. I have been calling week after week to find out why my script wasnt authorized yet and kept getting the same response we are sending it in and it could take up to 2 weeks.
Best practice I've been to. The staff was so nice and made me feel comfortable. The office was exceptionally clean, and I'm grateful that I got my treatment with them. Thank you, Condon Medical.
DO NOT recommend this doctor and his staff. Scam artists. My fiance used this Dr for a period (in which his condition stayed the same) and when wasn’t seeing results discontinued seeing him. In that time his insurance changed and he gave it them. Fast forward, and he gets a $700 bill saying it didn’t go thru insurance since they had the wrong one. Highly advise you to avoid this office. The staff is very friendly, however, the lack of urgency & care is ridiculous. I was seen in the office over 2 weeks ago for bloodwork regarding my thyroid issue, however, I have yet to receive my bloodwork or hear back from my provider. I called the office multiple times & sent multiple messages through my portal advising them that I’m pregnant & this information is crucial, however I keep getting the same response that results take 2 weeks to come in & my provider will reach out.
