I broke my neck in 1999, my diagnosis incomplete Quadriplegia. I’m a professional working in the Medical Field. I had a number of interactions with Dr. Leroy, some reasonably pleasant, other times not so pleasant!! He forgot not just one but two Virtual Visits. The last missed appointment I texted him.
