Do not go to this office! There is a dental hygienist here who scrapes your gums so badly. My entire family has complained to each other separately about this. Now, my sister went in for a routine dental cleaning and two days later, on Christmas morning, ended up with AN INFECTION! Half her face was swollen, and she had a fever. Dr. Beck insists this is not his office’s fault and demands my sister pay for the office visit necessary to fix this problem.
After wrong 2018 pre authorization estimate I was hit almost with whole amount of the balance . I was furious even tho i stated I need estimate and pre authorization to see what’s covered.And guess what it’s was 50/50 !!!And after i establish Monthly payment plan it was ok for few months and my balance went up . Insurance did not cover(Like in pre authorization)it estimate (still have the paper ) I took almost full amount to pay and told them it might take longer to pay . His voice is way too loud. I know everyone of his patients health history and plan of care. What happened to hippa? Hygienist made sarcastic comments No patient privacy in cubicle.
Wonderful experience. She was very gentle and helped with making sure the treatment she was charging was what I could afford. Highly recommend her and wouldn't go to anyone else.
This office is wonderful. They respect you, wait time is minimal if any. Dr. Ed Hotz is an excellent dentist. I have been going there for several years and really encourage people to try this practice. I had a friend in from out of town who had a dental emergency and they got her in to see a dentist the same day within hours of my call. D Beezley
Dr. Hotz has been my dentist for about 10 years and I really like him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and has always given me excellent care. He’s always concerned about my pain level during my many treatments. He’s gentle and will make time for me when I have toothaches. He’s always gotten me in quickly for my emergencies. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. Those working for him are always caring and friendly too.
Very rude, Very hurtful causes excessive pain. Talks to you like you are trash. Trays to scare you into more treatments that are not needed. He is a complete jerk. Do not use this guy.
This was the worst dental visit I have every experienced. I was in the Navy and my experience at this office was worse than the Navy pulling one of my wisdom teeth! It was my understanding that I had scheduled a 6 month check up. I didn't get a cleaning but had suggested that I have a root canal and a prescription for pain meds even though I had no complaints of pain. Felt like I walked in with a dollar sign on my forehead. I have told anyone who will listen!
Dr. Hotz-Sudekum is a spectacular dentist. She made me feel so comfortable after a lifetime of dental fear. Her hygienists are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Julia is wonderful. Pricing is extremely reasonable, and I enjoy every aspect of the office. Additionally, Dr. Julia cares for my children's teeth. Wow, was she great with my 4 year old who recently needed a cavity filled. I truly didn't think he would tolerate a filling at this age, but she got it done- and he can't wait to go back!!!
