They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder because they sendt me a postcard in the mail. They had a good selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are usually prompt and wait times are short. Sometimes they are ready when I show up early. The office is located about a mie south of Cordova Mall.
