I am always pleasantly greeted by Anna and we usually have to cut our conversation short because it's time for my cleaning. The whole time I am in the chair Sandra and I keep up a constant conversation. I am always a lot less nervous when there is a conversation going on; besides after all my years as a patient there i feel like we are friends.
