Absolutely amazing help from Mr. Michael Basch. Very empathetic, kind person and amazing effective lawyer. Not only he fights untiringly for you, but in addition checks on you in the meantime how is everything going. He helped us to the extent that positively affected future of my child and I can't thank him enough for all his tremendous job. He made impossible things possible and he contacted school very quickly to resolve all the obstacles. I want also thank Mrs. Ann Isaacs who was there to help when Mr. Basch was busy.
Franca was a pleasure to work with and greatly helped us understand a complex system so that we could better advocate for our child. We would have been lost without her. She is the reason my child was able to get the support he needed.
