Punched a hole in my oil pan while going to work one morning. He not only went to where my car was parked and worked on it but he got the oil pan and oil I needed and was half done with it before I even got off work....he made a very inconvenient situation halfway bearable and did it cheaper than the competition and I didn't have to get a tow....awesome work
