Worst Experience Ever – This was absolutely the worst place ever. I just engaged and we called New Year's Day to go look at dresses. The owner answered and was rude right from the get go. He said they were open till 3 and when we asked him to look up a style number to see if they had some I wanted to try on that I found online, he said no, he didn't have time. Eduardo's Inc – The service at this store was the WORST any one could imagine. Customer Service is not even a word in their vocab. The owner and sales people are rude, sarcastic and just plain nasty. When you first inquire about products they are welcoming, yet soon enough you find out they have given you partial information, they do not provide the service they first promised, they no longer have time to "deal with you", they act as if they are giving you free merchandise, they hang up on you when you call to inquire about ... read more

Surpised at amazing customer service – I found the store through this site, and was almost scared after reading the horrible reviews. However, as soon as we arrived, a very kind salesperson offered to help. We told her our meager budget, and we were just looking, and she was still attentive. She then took us to the upstairs clearance sales racks, and after telling her a general idea of what I was looking for, she found the perfect dress. However, the zipper was halfway torn off. When I arrived on a Saturday, the owner refused to give me my dress. He rudely exclaimed "the upstairs is closed on the weekends!" I told him I was not advised when I paid for the dress that they don't give dresses out on the weekends. He refused to give me his service. Customer service – I called to ask them if I needed to make an appointment to try dresses. An extremely rude guy answered. He was talking to someone else on the other end to start with, just said the name of the store, and after several questions of mine rudely answered or unanswered he hung up on me without a word. I would never visit this kind of store for my wedding dress.

Owner is most offensive person I have ever met – I was forced to use this store for a second time because of a debut. I had told myself the first time I would not go back. Although, at this point I guess I have no choice. And because I'm sure most of the people that go in that store have no choice, the owner knows that he can be as discourteous as he wants to. Awful Customer Service – Owner was absolutely horrible. He was upset with something and took it on us. He stated that he did not need our service, however, we were stuck because our best friend's debut was occurring on Saturday and we had to buy the dress. He screamed and did not let us try on the dress. He stated he wanted us to leave. He only did this because he knew we had to choice but to buy the dress...Awful if you want a nice wedding or debut...do not choose this place...

The place to go when it's time to get serious and outfit the entire party. – The Duds The selection is extensive, and all gowns are carefully (if somewhat unromantically) covered in clear garment bags. The most expensive gowns are in the back and bargains can be found in front. Sizes range from 2 to 50, and brands tend toward those familiar from bridal magazines: Jessica McClintock and the like.
