I have never been treated with such disregard for common courtesy as I experienced on my recent appointment here. Despite having legitimate reasons why some appointments may need rescheduling last minute (like personal emergencies), there seems no understanding by these office workers when patients must cancel without prior warning – so please do yourself favor & call ahead if possible!
