The receptionist Rosa saved the day. She was very professional and respectful throughout the entire conversation. She acknowledged my concerns with compassion and care, and did everything in her power to assist me. Thank you for hiring empaths. I've been calling around all day to find a new OBGYN and she's the only one who was able to help. Thank you for not being dismissive and rude.
