Beyond fantastic. My daughter has been seen by Dr. Perez food 12 years and honestly, I wouldn't change him for anything (unless he retires). He is kind, patient, soft spoken and very educated. The knowledge that this doctor has is unexplainable. I highly recommend his services and the UM facilities.
