This "lawyer" first sent the incorrect paperwork, which shouldn't have happened, given her field of expertise. After I corrected that and got her to produce the correct paperwork, she somehow "forgot" to mail the paperwork to CalPers before leaving on an extended vacation, thus delaying my community property transfer even longer than the first mistake did.
