Make sure you have an account or they are not helpful at all, actually pretty rude and the warehouse division.. go somewhere else for hvac
I gotta tell you... In todays world, it's hard to find a place to give you good service. It should be the norm but what I got here was unreal! I'm no pro, just the average Joe that's mechanically inclined to fix some stuff that I learned from 20 years in real estate and working with contractors and inspectors.
