Top Soil Telephone Responce I called this company three days in a row for Top Soil. On the third day I called the main company in Cold Harbor. They said their #2 store handles Top soil. However, the Top soil is wet and inaccessible. Why couldn't someone return my call and just state this. The last time I purchased Top Soil from this company the same story, called three different times and then end up going to main company.
