My furnace stopped working during the cold MN winter. Ed provided a wonderful experience. Exceptional service by ED’S Heating & Air Inc. Ed provided outstanding service from start to finish. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly. I couldn’t be happier! Our furnace stopped working this last weekend Sat night and I had Apollo come out for a service call. The problem was the inducer motor stopped working and rather than replace it, they for some reason went looking for other issues, found a common minor issue with the heat exchanger and recommended replacing the heat exchanger for $5800 or to replace the entire unit for $$6700. Contacted Ed on a Sunday evening with no parts store open. My diagnosis was a little off, I thought it was the pressure switch due to no continually when the inductor motor kicked on. He walked be through a couple of possible problems. Turned out my intake was clogged with snow due to the recent fluffy flakes that’s been falling the last couple of days. Great guy, very knowledgeable. Thank you again..
Our air conditioning went out on a 95 degree day, on a weekend and no one could get to us for at least 24-48 hours. A friend highly recommended Ed so I gave him a call, he was up at the lake but still answered right away and stopped by at 8:15 on a Sunday night and got our a/c unit working again within 45 minutes. Would recommend Ed to anyone.
