My sister inlaw had a birthday party here. They failed to let her know that the air conditioner is broken, with no effort in trying to fix the problem no fans, no portable air conditioners. Absolutely nothing! Poor customer service.
I just tried to schedule a baby shower for April 8th and the guy on the phone said he was booked out for next month it’s January 28th 😒 so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Guy doesn’t even know the calendar smh
