We just had carpet installed last week. Carpet and pad were what we ordered. Very soft and springy. Install went very well in one day and design on stairs was much better than original. I had just painted baseboards and installers did an excellent job with no marks or scratches on baseboard. Cleanup was well done all old carpets and trash were hauled away.
Great experience all around. Highly recommend!
just now New Very, very disappointed in Ed's Flooring! We had vinyl flooring installed 3 years ago! the installation was horrific; cutting the vinyl in the house; leaving their saws and tools on top of granite counters, leaving old coffee cups daily all over. we had nails and staples sticking up for a few days. A year later the flooring began separating and a nail coming through the floor! We have a lifetime guarantee on the floor but the owner himself (Ed) said it's not covered! Terrible...They use a Dynamic Home Solutions a company out of Conneticut as a 2nd sub contract company...They DHS uses 3rds and 4th party sub Contractors...its a mess and they barely speak english...
