Madison was so helpful and patient as we made our selection. Jacob and Ed both came and checked issues we had in our sub floor. Eduardo and Jeffrey did a fantastic job with the installation. This is not the first company we have used for flooring and the experience was SOOOO much better than our last. My husband and I would highly recommend Ed's Flooring America Hooksett!!
Very friendly and helpful!! Everyone was so nice to work with! Quality of flooring and warranty is great . Had one concern and they rectified the concern we had and we would definitely purchase flooring from here in the future. Super impressed with the cleanliness of the store and how helpful and friendly everyone was that we worked with!

We replaced our bedroom carpet after 19 years. We could not be happier with the customer service at Ed's Flooring Hookset. Madison is a low key but knowledgeable sales person. Ed himself did the measurement and Carlos and Matthew did a perfect installation. Time will tell how the carpet wears but we hope for the best.
Quality of flooring is not great. Owner handles customer concerns and complaints very poorly.
