After two years of purchasing a so-called, economy brand AC heat pump system, the unit failed on me. First, I had a local HVAC mechanics to check out the issue. After about five minutes, they gave up and referred me to Comfort Solutions. On the same day, Mike Johnson of Comfort Solutions arrived and professionally diagnosed the problem. I’ve used my original AC system for 15 years without major issues, so when it was time to replace it, I hired Ed’s Comfort Solutions to install the new unit. About a month after installation, I noticed water collecting on the filter and causing rust. I scheduled Ed’s for a semi-annual maintenance. Charlie came to the house on time and was meticulous while performing the scheduled work. In addition he noticed a part that was in need replacing. Charlie’s attention to detail saved me an unexpected repair in the future.
