I just moved to the area and hired Ed's to service my HVAC. Ed's had installed the system so I thought they were the best company to provide service. I was not disappointed. The tech Marshall that came to service my home was excellent, courteous and very sharp. He diagnosed a problem with one of my units and suggested I call for a leak test. Jamie, the next tech, found my problem and later installed a new coil which was under warranty. Again Jamie was excellent and noticed a crack in my pan and replaced it accordingly. Our old AC provider will no longer work on our equipment so we tried Ed’s. They got someone out same day who resolved the issue, but several days later our HVAC unit failed again. They sent Mike out within hours, who figured out there was another issue, fixed that, and waived the service call fee without even having to be told we had a previous call. He said “it’s the right thing to do,” which is something you don’t hear very often anymore. They’ll get all of our business from here on out.

When our AC was knocked out during a recent lightning storm, we tried two other companies before finding Ed’s Comfort Solutions. One couldn’t figure out the problem, and the other insisted it couldn’t be repaired, claimed it was a fire hazard, and pushed for a complete replacement costing thousands of dollars. Then we called Ed’s Comfort Solutions—and Jimmy Legare and Oneil came to the rescue. They repaired our AC, installed our Nest thermostat, and even fixed torn wires another company had damaged during their diagnostics. ... read more

Wow! ECS was fantastic. They responded to our request for a systems review within 24 hours and were here to replace our 18 year old system within a week. The technicians arrived early, were polite and professional. The work was complete the same day and by dinner my home was nice and cool. I had several other quotes for the same scope of work and all the prices were very close. However, ECS deals with top quality Trane equipment. So for my $$ it was an easy choice.
