Guess I should have only hired him for carpets. Ed is an arrogant man. I called as I didn't think the ladies spoke English. He said the one did and I was fine. Next thing I know they were told to leave by you..Ed. One woman was crying. They only stayed because I was begging her. Wouldn't ever deal with you again. Your comments..."I'll take care of her" was frightening. By the way. Just saw 20% discount for Military. Add that with the 32 minutes you took from cleaning while you had he4 on the phone telling her to leave.
We have been using Eds cleaning Service for several years now. They do turn over cleanings for our rental properties. They do a very good job. We recently had them come out to do a cleaning at our home for the first time and they did a great job. They will be coming back on a regular basis. Ed, thanks for the good work. Karl and Fran.
