From Nebraska, stopped for take out while staying in Estes Park. The chicken avacado tacos are amazing!! Great flavor! The corn dip that comes with it, so good!! Their salsa was a bit spicy but overall, great food!
If you are vegetarian or vegan this is the place to go. Great service and food with a large variety of options. Highly recommend.
Awesome food, salsa and bison tacos were amazing!!
The tortilla chips were a bit bland but the queso, guac, and salsa made up for it. Lots of non Mexican options too. My Cuban sandwich was the best I have ever had and my family loved the tacos and bacon cheeseburgers too.
Come to Ed's almost every time we're in Estes. Love their chicken nachos. Staff is great and restaurant is tidy and clean.

We LOVE Ed's Cantina - it is a must-stop for us every time that we're in Estes. We always have to have the queso with bison and then usually enjoy an enchilada or burrito. Some friends just brought lunch down from Estes for us when they came to meet our new baby. It was our favorite visit so far!
You simply can't go wrong. Everything on the menu was delicious! And the staff was wonderful; so very friendly and helpful.
We use to come into Ed's regularly. Hadn't been there in a couple of years and we were really disappointed in the quality of food. This use to be our go to restaurant every time we were there which was several times a year. The quality of food has gone downhill and the food sucked. Liked the older menu better. I will give credit as thethe manager took good care of us as our order was messed up to top it off. Sadly we have fond memories of dining at Ed's but we will not be returning again.
