Ed is HONEST and THOROUGH! I was fortunate enough to have found Ed about four years ago. I divorced shortly before that and was very concerned about finding an honest repair facility. I found HONESTY in Ed. He has always gotten back to me when he said he would. He never over charges. He often does things at no charge. He does work from oil changes to replacing motors. Many people I work with use Ed. Thanks Ed for all your hard work over the years!
wasted time spoke to ed for estimate and was told he would get back to me, called following day and was told again that he would find out price for a repair job. 3rd day called again, his response was that he didn t have time at that I should get the job somewhere else because he doesn t have the time, wasted 3 days waiting on this guy. Ed's Auto Works I've been going to Ed's for over eleven years. I have always recommended him highly to my friends and relatives. He plainly explains the work he is going to do and the quality of work is outstanding. His honesty and trustworthiness are impressive. Again, I highly recommend him.
Nice little place After reading reviews here, I decided to give Ed's a call and see if they could took a look at my fiancee's new Jeep that we just purchased two days ago. We thought it was having some transmissions issues and once he hooked up his scanner and test drove it, he confirmed our suspicions. Now we're trying to deal with the dealership who will remain unnamed for now to see what they will do for us.
Honest Service, Great work! I have been taking my cars to Eds for I believe over ten years. He is always honest and has always done great work at the best price possible. My entire family uses his services and trust his knowledge and expertise.
Very HONEST I have been going to Ed for about seven years and am very pleased. My whole family now uses him. He is very friendly, but more important - very HONEST. His rates are some of the lowest in town and he's very reliable. It is a wonderful and rare thing to find such an honest mechanic. I have never found them to be slow. My car is ready when he says. Ed: The Man With The Plan The service is great and he never overcharges. Ed always lets me know exactly what work he has performed for me and even shows me. The new facility is great. Roomy and comfortable. Very professional and friendly business.
slow but good ed's is an extremely friendly and professional business. they won't try to overcharge you either. the only complaint i have is that the service is somewhat slow.
