After researching dozens of shops in the valley I am so glad to have found Ed's Auto Repair because: *great easy to find corner location *plenty of staff on hand *clean office with comfortable waiting area and beautiful fish tank *friendly and professional *fast diagnosis *great communication-kept me informed every step of the way and thoroughly explained everything they discovered *experienced owner operated business (and many proudly displayed certificates on the wall) *fair prices and no surprises I really liked these guy... read more
Awkward phone call. He's all like we don't do this kind of work you need a body shop. But I needed mechanical work... ummmm that made no sense. But at least he was honest and said they don't work on Buicks Didn't know where to refer me either. I dunno bout this spot
Extremely rude on the phone when I asked if they provided a certain service then proceeded to yell no and aggressively hang up mid question. I chose to call because the good reviews but if that interaction is any clue of how they really treat customers I would avoid like the plague. I’m be very embarrassed if I treated one of my potential customer that way.
