Talented stylists but the business model is really not for me, it's sort of like the Uber of expensive haircuts – easy to book but highly depersonalized. It's giving private equity.
Erin is amazing! I have struggled with my curly hair for years and she not only gave me a hair cut that gave me the shape I have wanted forever, she also gave me a product that solved so many of my curly girl problems. I recommend her to anyone and especially for people who have curly hair.
Ignored my grey roots with partial highlights for $325. I had to go to another salon to fix this 2 days later. I wish I would have spoken up but I was in shock. This was the most I have ever paid for highlights and the results were the worst Ive ever had. This salon looks high end, so I expected a high end results and got the opposite.
I went here for a free curly cut like 2mos ago and it was not a good experience. Even with help from the instructor my haircut turned out several different lengths, *much* shorter than I requested, and just generally not what I wanted at all. My hair is still recovering and it’s very frustrating. It’s impacted my confidence and ability to style.
