The cashier was not helpful in settling my rewards card that wasn't scanned when I pay. Just told me to try to get it back online, done!
Giving this place a one star because you can’t give zero. They slathered my shrimp, and most of the top of my dynamite poke bowl in spicy mayo, and wouldn’t replace it when I asked. I had asked for extra spicy sauce, but that usually means one or two more passes with the bottle, not sending their costumers into full cardiac arrest. I had to throw it away because they refused to change it. They also only gave me one scoop of rice! For $18?! Absolute trash service.

Absolutely awful food quality at this Edo location. We usually eat Edo with the whole family 2-3 times a week. Tonight was the absolute worst we’ve had in 2 years. Rice tasted either old, cabbage was soggy, broccoli undercooked, and overall everything was extremely salty. They didn’t even make the order accurate (2 chicken kids meals instead of 1 beef 1 chicken)
