This is hands down the worst Edo in the city. Everytime I get it, it's because I accidently forgot to check which location I am ordering from on ubereats. The sauce is chunky why? I don't know. The beef portion is less than half of other locations. The shrimp tempura is obviously from frozen and comes to you old, and cold. The rice today was mushy and cooked with too much water obviously. Horrible. This has been the case everytime I unfortunately order from here.
The workers are so rude. Yesterday, I allowed a family member to use my ONEcard to buy lunch. When staff noticed the card did not belong to him, they immediately accused my family member of using a “stolen” card. If the policy is that ONEcards are for the cardholder only, that could have been explained politely and we would have understood. Accusing someone of theft right away without any evidence is extremely rude and unprofessional
