Wow never had such rude service! First I ordered a mango bubble tea and said at the counter not with the coconut jelly but with the pearls. Well it came out and was wrong! It was the coconut jelly! I said to the front counter girl and she goes ya this is how it comes if you want it different you can buy another one! She proceeded to yell at me that I can buy another they won’t fix it! Like hello I said I just ordered it how I like it!! The person behind me said yes they heard what I ordered and how I asked no coconut jelly.... read more
We ordered, got our food to go within 3 minutes. Super fast which is nice but received half portions and it was 80% mushrooms and 20% chicken. Meal was lukewarm. How am I getting food that was almost cold fresh off the grill. Won't be back to this location. The new trend is to pay more and get less. The only positive this is the front staff was super nice.
Very very poor service, my box was hardly having any noodles with veggies! They are good to go 1st time, if u start eating again and again these guys treat you with nothing in the bowl!! Not even prepared as i ordered in app.
Great fast food. Quickly and freshly prepared. Greeted quickly. A+
You walk in the door and immediately accosted with insincere accolades of welcome (much like the farmers market) What would you like, without any time to peruse the menu. And while eating your interrupted not once but twice asking how your food is, it's fast food and I have zero exspectation short of not been cold, which it wasn't. When I eat I haven't much time so leave me alone. First time and my last. Mind you given the supply chain issue presently these days I expect alot of restraunt to close, this one included
