I went in to buy an individual meal to go but because I didn’t tip they gave me a 24$ meal that 1/3 of the beef wasn’t edible! I chewed for atleast a minute and it wouldn’t break down . It has been my favourite fast food place for 30 years and now I’ll likely never go again! 24$ for my meal and I need to give a gratuity for her to hand it to me? Come on you can do better
Forgot to pack my spring rolls in the bag and there was no teriyaki sauce on any of the bowls. Very disappointing

the male staff in the kitchen were laughing and laughing when they saw what i ordered. they made my food and kept laughing and looking at me, and made me uncomfortable until i left. i had just placed a larger order to bring home to my family but they must have thought it was all for me because they had tears in their eyes from laughing so hard? i felt embarrassed and wont be back
