Just the best customer service! I made a mistake and when I phoned they rectified it even though it was entirely my fault just amazing ! Also made the mistake 10 minutes before they closed and they still made it work out. I would give them 10 stars if I could !
The staff is so friendly
Was in the mood for some edo which is usually good, but this time not so much. The service was ok. But the food was like it had been pulled out of the fridge and microwaved. And than I ordered and extra side with my meal thinking they HAVE to cook this fresh but nope. Still quite cold. Quite off putting. Definitely ruined my meal and appetite. Definitely won't be coming back to this location
I ordered a Bento plate with tempura shrimp, spring roll, and teriyaki chicken on rice. Portion was a good size but you pay for it. It was almost 20. And no drink. There was someone complaing when I went in and I felt bad for the staff as he was horrible. Anyway.. this particular meal was a treat for me. I found the spring rolls had a lot of cabbage.
