Wife picked up our order, when we got home, one item was not prepared properly, drove back while the rest of my family was eating there super, asked them to fix my order and refund my portion which was $13 00. Guy at the counter said he could not. So I left my order there, and did not receive my refund. You'll never see another dollar from me. And yes we eat there at least twice a month. After many emails back and forth, Edo still would not refund my $13.00

I placed an order for 2 sukiyaki beefs for pick up. Requested and was charged for double beef on one of them and came home to find it was not. I placed them side by side and mine arguably had less than the non double beef. I called and they argued saying they did provide double beef. I always get this order and know what it looks like. No effort to make it better, will not return to this location.

I don't what they put in the teriyaki sauce but is as addictive as crack itself, employees are incredibly patient (my card failed 4 times), pretty empty, but in a pleasant way

I always get the raman noodles with either chicken or shrimp (was called noodleful bowl). I love that they now add cabbage and shredded carrot to it. Counter service is prompt and friendly. Restaurant lobby is renovated and clean. Wait time is about 5 minutes or less.
