Same guy every time cooks the food on the same hot plate as they cook mushrooms. I hear his co workers say over and over agian "mushroom allergy" and end up taking over because he doesn't listen and they cook it on the separate one. The same guy that doesn't follow the order is the one who took my order today, I said it probably about three time and he never put it on the order screen and cooked the food right after on the same hot plate he always does there was just no one to take over for him this time Just be cautious,

I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Shrimp teriyaki. My shrimp was so overcooked and rubbery! I asked the cook to take it off the grill because I knew it was starting to over cook and he rolled his eyes and ignored my request. Not a good look Edo. The same cook was also using his cell phone and not washing his hands before handling food.

The people were super kind, even gave me 4 extra COMPLIMENTARY sushi rolls! They were super fast and very efficient. Very warm and friendly environment.
