Very rude customer service I was there at 7:55 pm and the grill was on but buddy said extremely rudely that no more order the poor girl even looked at him like let’s do it it’s just one order but he was so rude. Hope he doesn’t talk like that with his family members.

Absolutely disgusting. They got my order wrong, and instead of simply remaking the correct dish, they appeared to try to turn the incorrect order into ramen by adding sweetcorn, broccoli and soup to it. That is not a remake and it is not acceptable. If a restaurant makes the wrong dish, the proper response is to prepare the correct order from scratch — not add extra ingredients and liquid to the food that was already made incorrectly and send it out as something else. My partner and I both ordered chicken Bento boxes but hers was supposed to have no broccoli and the cashier correctly entered it as no broccoli. When it came time to add the vegetables to the cook put broccoli on her bento box. When I pointed out that it was not supposed to have broccoli he got visibly upset with me. It was on the screen, it said no broccoli, it's not exactly my fault. It's just a simple misunderstanding but the outward upset at the customer was unacceptable to me.

This place has only gotten more expensive with lesss food there is barely any vegetables when they were known for giving large amount . Then they tell me what I order instead of giving me what I ordered and then charge me another 2.50 horrible service I will never eat here again.
