Watery sauce for the noodles . I don't like the taste
I love Edo, but not this time. Got shrimp and beef bowl. Paid for extra protein but they only added more beef, that was a first. And didn't even fill the bowl. I won't be ordering from this location again.
The Edos mobile app is used to offer loyalty specials to customers. However, this location regularly marks itself as closed in the app on weekends, even though the store is physically open. As a result, customers are unable to access loyalty specials, and staff refuse to honour those offers in person. This is a misleading and deceptive practice that undermines the purpose of the loyalty program. I will be taking my business to stores which support loyal customers. RESPONSE ..
