I love Edo, but not this time. Got shrimp and beef bowl. Paid for extra protein but they only added more beef, that was a first. And didn't even fill the bowl. I won't be ordering from this location again.
The Edos mobile app is used to offer loyalty specials to customers. However, this location regularly marks itself as closed in the app on weekends, even though the store is physically open. As a result, customers are unable to access loyalty specials, and staff refuse to honour those offers in person. This is a misleading and deceptive practice that undermines the purpose of the loyalty program. I will be taking my business to stores which support loyal customers. RESPONSE .. Good place for lunch downtown
Please read all the other reviews about the portions. this place needs to do better; they have the smallest portion of everything. They give a bad vibe to the EDO franchise. Their prices are higher than other EDOs and portions are beyond pathetic. will never go here again. (I posted this wrong; it was supposed to be for the edo in commerce place)
