Très bon service de la part du vendeur
Professionnalisme inexistant ! Suivi clientèle inexistant ! Compétence inexistante ! courage inexistant ! Un directeur de concession qui avant vendait des saucisses dans son épicerie de Clair et qui n'a aucun courage pour affronter la problématique d'un terrible accident que nous aurions pu avoir avec un Tundra venant cette concession.
Une honte ! Propriétaire d’un Tundra 2022 Platinum nous avons faillis avoir un accident de la route majeur par la faute de l’incompétence du directeur Marco Michaud (ex épicier de clair tombé en faillite pour faute de gestion) Aujourd'hui cette concession ne m’adresse aucune mise à jour des recall de mon véhicule ! Leur service technique n’est pas aux standard de la marque… si vous avez besoin d’un service après vente fiable, si vous avez besoin de compétences fuyez cette concession se sont des clown !
