My husband and I just bought a Carnival for our family, and we had a great experience! Nathalie and Marie were super understanding of our situation with 6 month old twins and made things very fast and efficient so it wasn’t difficult trading vehicles. We are about 45 minutes from Edmundston and Nathalie is kindly making the trip to give us our plates since it’s difficult for us to go back and forth with the twins. 4 star because I understood the rims would be with the winter tires not just the tires. Service avenant, efficace et convivial. Cloués au camping "Jardins de la République" sans camion car remorqué chez Kia la veille, en ce vendredi sans lendemain de service, ils nous ont accomodé dans la plus grande efficacité et gentillesse la même journée en réparant le tout avec raccompagnement s.v.p.
