We used Gared for the home that we purchased last year. He was recommended through our realtor. He was very thorough and found all of the issues wrong with the house that we were able to get replaced. I would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the professional friendly service we received.
I have used Edmunds on a previous house without issue. However in the most recent location we ran into costly problems as a result of things being overlooked. While the report was verbose and the pictures were detailed, many issues were immediately apparent upon moving into the home that probably should have been seen by an inspector, especially since the inspection happened after a heavy rainfall.
