lvs925 - I'm sorry you had that awful experience, but Edmund James Salon didn't own the salon in 2011 when you posted your review - the salon was called "Capricious." We took over 2 years later in 2013. Our customer service is top-notch. Edmund James Salon has been named Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite two years in a row (2018 and 2019) and voted Best Salon of Palm Beach County in 2019. shall scream from the mountain tops how unbelievable RUDE and unprofessional this place is. Friends bought me a package (mani, pedi, massage). I called to make an appointment, on two different occassions and got the voicemail. I clearly left messages. When I called back a woman named JOLICA told me I did not leave any messages and that she personally listens to voicemail and returns every call. Obviously not!
