didn't want to do this, but not following up with emails for over a week is not acceptable. I have been a patient of Dr. Lew's for a very long time and I have always appreciated his caring and personal touch to help me stay in top physical shape to make sure that any necessary tests be completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lew to anyone that is looking for a new primary care physcian.
I recently saw Dr. Lew for my MDVIP part 2 visit and as always, he was very patient with me, esp. with my questions, offered different options for pain management (for my back), and also provides advices on some personal matters with family. Every visit with Dr. Lew is always awesome and stress free for me and I like it that, unlike other doctors, he does not automatically prescribe meds for every complain that I've had. I guess my being his patient for a very long time speaks for itself:)
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Lew's practice for over 30 years. During this time, he has helped us: by phone when were on relocation in Japan (kidney stones) or on the road (urinary tract infection), and several times recently when his taking a call saved us from an Urgent Care or ER visit. In my second annual physical since becoming a MDVIP patient of Dr Lew's (he was my primary care physical for 30+ years before he joined MDVIP), he spent well over an hour going over the results of my tests and listening to me so he understood me as a whole, not just individual tests. We set goals together to improve my health in a manner that I am comfortable with. I know he is available to me via phone, message, telehealth or in-person whenever I need him. I highly recommend Dr. Lew and his entire team.
Well, this MDVIP program is an awesome concept. Able for Dr. Lew to evaluate and converse with his patient, such as myself, a very well thought out program to learn about my health. He was able to navigate my body system and has results in dropping two medications and possibly more based on his evaluation. Try to be in better health and this program allow it so.
Dr Lew has been caring for my elderly father for a couple of decades and he is never less than helpful and informative. Highly recommend him to care for the elderly.
