Thoroughness and time taken was outstanding. We went over all my Part 1 results and Cleveland lab results. We discussed nutrition and dieting options and my chronic sacroilliac pain. I asked Dr Lew's opinion of a joint stabilization procedure I had heard of. We discussed and decided a different injection procedure would be better to try first. He was able to do the injection in office during the same appointment . We also went over all previous concerns from past years as a follow up.
Dr Lew spent the time to review my health concerns in detail and advise on an ongoing course of action.
Bringing my fragile 83 year old sister in a wheelchair to meet a new doctor is a challenge. Dr. Lew and his entire staff were amazing. Dr. Lew was thorough, had read her medical history and had suggestions for improving my sister's condition. This is the most caring and competent medical office I have ever been to.

I made an appointment for an office visit for multiple symptoms I have. Amazingly, Dr. Lew called me same day I made my appointment. He said, “I would rather do a telehealth with you right now.” He took his time to listen, explain my conditions, as well as my treatment options. Really thorough and detailed care. He’s very understanding, knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Lew has been my primary for several years and is caring, respectful and professional.
