Okay stores. But REALLY hard to get around if you're in a wheelchair or have a stroller. 1 small elevator on one side and a medium sized one on the other side. You can't fit more than 2 strollers/wheelchairs/walkers at a time. No washroom on the main level to change a baby, have wait inline to get on the elevator to go up to another level to change your child. Ans if you want a mothers room.. Its a bloody joke. First time at the City Centre as I just moved here from Montreal. Was there for a photography event so didn't have too much time to walk into the stores but the mall in itself was full of great well-lit areas.
Security guards need to quit bothering people who are just trying to spend money at food court or Tim Hortons. Felt sorry for ones that they deemed "homeless" cause they were treated the worst! Might never spend my money there again!!!
