Security lacks professionalism. You should hire people not robots.
Open the stores that every other mall has so that people who live downtown don't go all the way to WEM. Everything is too spread out through pedways and the hours are terrible. The theatre is always at least 3/4 empty - nobody wants to pay to park. Even people who live downtown don't shop at City Center
City Centre is Edmonton's downtown mall , good for senior's but not for the ' Hard Core Shopper '
Absolutely horrendous... they can’t keep the place maintained... their escalators are always in repair mode... disgusting the way this place is
This mall is near my work. We have frequently walked over for lunch or shopping. It’s become a haven for drug dealers, who swarm patrons coming in and out at the main south doors. I can’t count how many times we’ve been blocked from coming in, complained to security or just left. It’s beyond ridiculous that a mall allows dealers both immediately outside the doors and in between the doors. Great shops and great location!
Worst mall in the world for anyone suffering from Acrophobia or Vertigo. It was bad before but now that they moved the food court to the very top of the mall, it is impossible. The only way to eat is by walking a narrow path 3 floors up to their crappy glass elevator, walking a narrow stairway up to the top, or taking the escalator. Sorry but I'd rather starve to death than endure another veritgo induced panic attack at your crappy mall. Thanks for thinking of the rest of us. You need new architects.
