Kyle and his crews communicated well, showed up on time, spec'd the job correctly and finished it on schedule. They were fixing issues from a previous contractor that did not do any of those things correctly, so it was very refreshing to have expectations set and met in a timely fashion.

Would highly recommend this company! Nothing but professionalism and kindness from the very beginning. The communication was top notch from the first call to the office and throughout the project! Kyle was very thorough with his estimation. Reggie, the project manager, was very thorough with scheduling and being on job site to make sure I understood everything. Kyle and his team are top-notch. These guys make dealing with water, fire, smoke, and any other kind of damage you can think of an absolute breeze. Updated** After speaking with Kyle at Edmondson, he was apologetic and took accountability for the issues I encountered with my project. He was eager to make things right, and we were able to come to a mutual understanding to resolve the situation, which I truly appreciate.
