We really enjoyed working with Ryan. He helped us find a great house that we love and at the price we wanted!

We worked with Heather and Ryan to purchase our first home in Pittsburgh, and we are now settled into an amazing home in our dream neighborhood. Heather and Ryan worked incredibly hard to find us a match for us, and we ended up significantly under budget! Even after close, Ryan and Heather continue to be an incredible resource for us as we navigate home ownership. We highly recommend working with this amazing team, you will be well taken care of in their extremely kind, patient, and expert hands.

Working with Heather was the best decision we could have made in our home selling journey. She was incredible to work with from start to finish. As first time sellers, Heather made the process as smooth as possible, always providing clear information and keeping us updated every step of the way. Her expertise and calm problem-solving made the process seamless and we could not have asked for a better outcome. If you are looking for someone professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in her clients look no further!

Heather Edmonson is the most professional Real Estate Agent we have ever encountered and worked with. She made the entire process easier and less stressful than it could have been. She uses all of the latest and most successful marketing materials available and is on top of everything. She got us more than we expected for our home and was a joy to work with. I recommend her , her husband Ryan and their team at the highest level to anyone considering buying or selling a property. They truly are the bast of the best.

As an example she researched several estate sale companies recommended one that worked best for our house moving sale. Paperwork was handled by her office in a timely and efficient manner. We found her to be experienced, smart and detail orien... read more
