Overall really bad place, I do not recommend ever going here, as they actively charge for every service. Very deceitful and are full of lies. Overdosed my dog, but the surgical assistant knew way too much for the operation. Charged for CPR when my dog was murdered by their own hands. The untrained staff were administering anesthesia which in turn killed my dad’s therapy animal. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
ZERO STARS! The actual Vet was great. The front staff and office manager are unprofessional and have no customer service ability. They charge you for giving you a prescription to take elsewhere and if you buy it from them they charge 6-10x the price. When I asked “isn’t it illegal to charge a fee for a prescription?”- they said I “threatened them legally.” They wouldn’t even renew my dogs prescription leaving her without her meds. Now I have to create a complaint with the State Veterinary Board to help protect others. Please... read more

Dr Fry is the best. She always gives options when not sure what to do in a situation. Have been going here ten years now.
Everyone on the Edmonds vet hospital team has always been so helpful and sweet. They do a wonderful job with my Jack Russell Terrier, and have a lot of compassion when it comes to addressing the concerns and health problems that come with a senior dog. I feel like my dog is given the same care they would give to a member of their own family.
