I moved into the Park Edmonds complex about two and a half years ago. I liked it both for its location relative to the UW campus, as well as its price range as a college student. Upon moving in, I found the apartment to be in sub par condition. The bathtub was grey; the sink had burn marks in it (which I was charged for, by the way. See attached).
