I'm a relatively new resident, and so far it's been a great experience. The quality of the apartment and the price for the location are hard to beat. Miguel, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and responsive, he made the whole process smooth, start to finish. Would recommend!

Our family has lived here for 5 years, we have seen a lot of improvement ever since they changed the management. We have new mailbox, clean pool, newly installed stairs. Miguel, the manager is really responsive to our needs and is really patience with us. Whenever, theres issues in the apartment, it will get fixed in the next few days. We are really glad to have him as our new apartment manager!
