I have lived here for a while. Up until they switched management, I had nothing good to say about this place. Ever since Miguel has taken over, this place has been transformed into a really great place to live.
Good morning. Much thanks and appreciations for the great and swift address you have given to the issues of my concern in apartment B203 1. The old Bathtab is well replace with new. 2. The stiff unsafe bathtub knob is replace with new easy one 3. The space between new bathtub and floor is now beautifully filled. I am truly grateful for your speedy & effecient response. On a scale of 1 to 10. I would give Miguel 10 being the highest. The best place to live in Edmonds Highland Apartments. Great caring management team.
I'm a relatively new resident, and so far it's been a great experience. The quality of the apartment and the price for the location are hard to beat. Miguel, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and responsive, he made the whole process smooth, start to finish. Would recommend!
