This place is an actual joke i should have moved 3 years ago! So to start new management every year that alone should be a red flag! So today my wife calls me while she is working from home she is currently 9 months pregnant. She was complaining she was getting a headache and there was a strong chemical smell . *UPDATE* *THREE YEARS LATER* they send me an invoice for unpaid rent for months that i wasn't living there. I didnt renew my contract with them, gave them notice, and moved out in an appropriate time, but want us to pay $3,268 per person because "you had an agreement with EDMONDS HIGHLANDS". Avoid this place AT ALL COST!!! I will be fighting this invoice EDMONDS HIGHLANDS sent me. The office is so disorganized and sent bills to our door that weren't for us MULTIPLE times during our time here! The manager never picked up thei... read more

The lower price and location of the unit is not worth the poor management of the property and inability to reach someone at the office. I applied for a unit at Edmonds Highlands and I was told the unit would be ready mid-July but likely sooner. I called and left messages several times, but never once had a return call. Finally after a month I am told to come in for signing and move in. Note, I was never allowed to see the unit, so I asked day of signing to walkthrough the property - I am so fortunate I did prior to signing! ... read more
