I lived there 10+ yrs. Management changed, finally got better when Miguel arrived. He listened and responded. Office is not open on weekends so plan accordingly. My parking place was not next to my apt. It was down a slope and in the winter snow/ice it was downright dangerous. Last year the sidewalks and campus were cleared better, but still very slippery. He is very responsive, very professional and informative. He made the application and move-in process very easy for me. I'm happy with my apartment. This place is an actual joke i should have moved 3 years ago! So to start new management every year that alone should be a red flag! So today my wife calls me while she is working from home she is currently 9 months pregnant. She was complaining she was getting a headache and there was a strong chemical smell . She noticed she got extremely light headed while standing up. Come to find out they are doing TUB GLAZING in the downstairs unit below .
