They will cheat you out of as much of your deposit as they can despite the fact that (at their suggestion) I removed every single light fixture and ran it through the dishwasher. Scammers.

If I could give this "company" (Really just a bunch of scammers and thieves) a big fat "0" I would have, but UNFORTUNATELY I have to rate them at a 1. My husband and I rented a home in the Edmond area for 2 years from these people and never heard a word. Did I mention awful ? If you don't mind throwing away a couple thousand dollars then rent from these folks. Because they will keep your deposit and smile in your face while they steal from you.

Awful, Awful, Awful. They are nice at move in, but you will never and I do mean never see your deposit again. Any good rating they have came from friends and family. They are nice until move out. Then they trump up ridiculous expenses in order to keep your deposit. I think they must really need money bad to steal it from working class people.

Very professional staff. Calls and inquiries were returned promptly. Mr. Allen went out of his way to show us 2 additional homes on 1 scheduled viewing. We were very pleased with Signature Realty.

STAY AWAY!!!!! DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY GET AN ATTORNEY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! 1. We were fooled into getting a "13 month" lease instead of a 12 month lease by vague wording. Usual story, we were in a hurry and didn't read the lease as close as we should have, nor have an attorney review it.
