I recently brought my son in for a sore throat. My son has sensory process disorder and I knew getting him to open his mouth would be impossible. Luckily Tommy was ready and was kind, gentle, and reassuring. It took my son about a half hour or more to open his mouth for Tommy, which is a lot of time. Tommy came back to our room a few times to try again and allowed my son to physically and mentally prepare himself to open his mouth. My go-to urgent care in Edmond. Tommy and his staff are excellent!
Dr. didn’t even do a flu test, just assumed I had the flu. No exam, just questions. Then said the only place I could get Tamiflu was next door at Ralph’s Rx which I learned days later was a lie. Slow and not friendly. Crowded waiting room had to stay in almost an hour before I was seen.
Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly! Everyone was extremely nice and efficient!
