Unfortunately we had to move out of our house due to the tornados that recently hit us. We called John after hours (around 8 pm) to see if there was any way we could move some of our remaning items into a climate controlled stroage unit. Due to our situation, not only did he meet us there within 20 minutes but he allowed us to have another unit at no additional charge.
