They had me come in right after I called. I didn't even need an appointment and the dealership couldn't get me in until a few days later. The problem with my MINI was a quick fix and they didn't charge me a thing, while the dealership was asking for nearly $500. I'll be using them in the future with all of my MINI service needs!

My 2008 BMW 328xi had an ignition coil go out and the dealer couldn't help me out with an appointment for a week. Mical got me in immediately without an appointment and fixed it in less than 30 minutes, with obvious experience and skill at working on BMWs. The shop is cool too!
