The people were nice, but the furniture I bought is totally falling apart. I have a warranty and can't get moving on it without paying someone to help me, and there are all these hoops to jump through. I am very disappointed with my purchase.
Visited with my family and loved the selection, but the customer service was the truly exceptional part of the experience. Michael and Kristy were super and low key but helpful. Then the delivery guys are carrying carpets and paintings over so we could see how they went with the couches and chairs. Then they offered quick delivery and offered to bring some of the accent pieces so we could see how they looked in the room and take them back if we didn't want them. Totally the only place to shop for furniture in Edmond.
The staff is EXTREMELY helpful!! They helped me pick out the perfect sectional and made sure I was completely happy with the purchase. I will never shop for furniture anywhere else! Their selection is the best I've seen!
We recently ordered two leather couches from EFG. I did a lot of research on furniture manufacturers and the types of leather that were best. Billie was our salesperson, and she worked with me patiently each of my three visits to the store. I like the idea of buying from local businesses, and that will be easy to maintain with the kind of products and services that EFG offers. They are so friendly, helpful and have beautiful things! I always have fun going in for a visit. They also take care of you I had a problem with a Jason Scott desk and they swiftly with kindness took care of it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase anything there and recommend them to anyone looking for unique beautiful things!!!!
Great selection, sales peeps, and customer service. They promised a delivery time with a call to let me know they were enroute (followed through on both), pleasant delivery guys delivered the right piece in perfect condition and set everything up. Go!t a follow-up call to be sure the piece was delivered and that all was well shortly thereafter. Customer service lives! Thank you, EFG. I'll be back
